Question: Is there a minimum or maximum length for Tulox tubes and containers?

Answer: The minimum length must be at least equal to the nominal diameter of the tube. There is no maximum length.

Question: Can I combine lengths of a similar diameter for total quantity pricing on an order?

Answer: Yes, as long as all lengths are produced and shipped at the same time.

Question: What is your minimum ordering quantity?

Answer: For the most common sizes, the minimum ordering quantity is 500 pieces.

Question: What is your standard lead time?

Answer: Three weeks for unprinted products, and four weeks for most printed tubes and containers.

Question: Can I purchase your products using a credit card?

Answer: Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card payments.

Question: I have some items that require peak production needs that exceed 100,000 per week; can you accommodate that type of volume?

Answer: Most Tulox containers and closures can be made at production rates that exceed 300,000 units per week.

Question: Can I receive a free pre-production sample of your standard products?

Answer: Yes, a sample will be to you sent at no cost within 24 hours of your request.

Question: How long has Tulox been making tubing products?

Answer: Under current ownership, for 25 years. The company originally started in 1940.
